Typography Mappings
Note: This page contains many Unicode characters which do not render correctly in Firefox for the Mac or Camino. If you’re a Mac Firefox or Camino user, consider using Safari or OmniWeb to view this page. If you’re on Windows, move along, nothing to see here.
Sticky designates modes which can remain enabled for typing multiple characters in that mode. To make a mode sticky, hit the initiating keystroke twice. The mode will be exited when you type a character not mapped in that mode.
T designates the terminator for the current mode. The terminator is the fallback character for the keystroke that initiates a mode. It is the character that will be output if you type any key not mapped in that mode. It is often useful to type a mode’s initiator stroke, followed by Escape, to output the terminator — but in some modes (e.g. Arrows, where there are no alphabetical keys mapped) you can just continue typing, and the terminator will be output followed by your subsequent keystrokes mapped in the default mode.
A caps lock (⇪) designates a sequence in which all keystrokes should be shifted or capslocked. However, in practice most will allow you to get by shifting only the first stroke in the sequence.

Accents & Diacritics Number Pad
Accents and diacritics are added to Latin letters using the number pad. All those accented letterforms which exist as precomposed characters the Unicode standard are mapped using the appropriate single glyph; the remainder are mapped using combining marks. Each stroke is terminated by the appropriate combining mark, which allows you to add multiple accents and diacritics to a single letter. (This means you can add any mark, or series of marks, to any Latin alphabetic character on the keyboard, whether or not that combination of marks is actually used on that letter in any written language.)
Order of composition depends on whether you’d like multiple diacritics. For multiple diacritics, type the letter first, followed by the combining diacritics. For a single diacritic, you can enter the letter and diacritic in either order.

Greek ⌥G Sticky
Upper and lowercase Greek letterforms are mapped as mnemonically as possible, although not being a scholar of the greek script, I’m not sure how accurate the pairings are between the Greek keys and their Latin “equivalents”. Feel free to send me feedback about this.
Note that I do intend to combine the diacritical feature with the Greek mode for polytonic Greek input in a future revision.

In fact, it all renders correctly in Camino except for the accents and diacritics that are unassociated with a character.
